Each of the 250 guestrooms at the Canoe Tower features a spa-inspired bathroom including open-glass, triple-body-jet showers, while River Tower', which is composed of five connected forms, offers 190 rooms and suites and the same spa-like shower treatments. An expansion completed in 2023 added nearly 200 additional hotel rooms and suites to the property, bringing the total hotel rooms to 440+ via two distinct towers. The new hotel, River Tower, is located west of, but adjacent to, the current hotel, Canoe Tower, and connected via skywalk.
